5-Hydroxytryptophan is an intermediate metabolite in the pathway from tryptophan to serotonin. Supplementation enhances serotonin levels. Serotonin is involved in sleep, mood regulation, and appetite control.
Each Capsule Contains
5-Hydroxytryptophan.... 50.0mg
Vitamin B6.... 3.4mg
Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules three times daily
