Spectra takes the guesswork out of your daily supplement program by providing a complete, balanced high potency multiple with over 50 nutrients. It contains Octacosanol and 400 mgs of amino acids which are typically not found in other multiples. Four tablet formula.

As a dietary supplement, take two tablets with breakfast and two tablets with lunch.
