Ingredients: Purified Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Stearic Acid, Dioctyl Succinate, Wild Yam Extract: Fermented Plant Derived Progesterone, Cetyl Alcohol, Wheat Germ Glycerides, Tocopherol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Polysorbate 60, Phenoxyethanol, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Methylisothiazolinone.

Dosage:The average dosage is 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon applied two to three times daily to chest, abdomen, back, shoulders, neck, throat, and face (or any other skin area) from mid-cycle to menstrual flow. It spreads easily and leaves no trace once absorbed. Do not apply to vaginal tissue.
